Grievance officer
If something on OneSutra breaks the law or our rules, this is who to contact and how long we take.
Reporting works, review is manual. Complaints reach the officer at the addresses below and are handled by hand. An in-product report control and a tracked queue land with the moderation pipeline.

What we do, and when
- We acknowledge every complaint within 24 hours.
- We resolve it within 15 days of receipt.
- Content that is unlawful under a valid order is removed from display within 36 hours of that order.
What removal actually means here
Advice on OneSutra is sealed, so the text itself cannot be edited or erased — not by the author, and not by us. What we can do, and will do when required, is stop displaying it.
A withdrawn advice disappears from every feed, board and permalink. Its hash remains in the transparency log, because removing it would break the chain and make every other record unverifiable. So the record that something was sealed on a given day survives; the content stops being published.
Reporting something
Every advice carries a report control. Reports reach the moderation queue directly and do not need an account. For legal orders, or anything requiring a named officer, write to the address above.
